Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) is a holistic model for helping children overcome social, behavioral, and emotional challenges brought on by trauma. TBRI offers practical strategies to help the whole child, so they can build fulfilling lives after trauma.

This half-day training from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Corinth Reformed Church at 150 Sixteenth Ave NW, Hickory, NC, is offered in partnership with Mosaic Hope. The event includes training, morning refreshments, and lunch ($20). Childcare for youth up to age 10 is provided at no cost.

Each summer, Big House hosts a day of family fun in partnership with Brown Mountain Beach Resort. This Sunday afternoon outing includes lunch, play time on the beach, and fellowship with others in similar situations. Thanks to our dedicated supporters, this day is 100% free for foster/adoptive/kinship families.

This heartfelt evening of inspiration is the annual fundraiser that allows Big House Family Ministry to serve foster and adoptive families in need. The event includes refreshments and a ministry update.
